- 1/2 lb. medium-size pasta
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 4 oz. cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Cook pasta as directed on package. At the same time, cook the bacon in large skillet until crisp. Remove the bacon from skillet with slotted spoon, reserving 2 Tbsp. drippings in skillet. Drain the bacon on paper towels. Add the remaining ingredients to reserved drippings and cook on low heat until the cream cheese is melted, and the mixture is well blended and heated through. Drain the pasta and place it in a large bowl. Add cream cheese sauce and bacon, and mix lightly.
