Cheesy Bacon Buffalo Potaotes

This flavorful crock pot recipe is a perfect addition for steaks or burgers. With this pleasant mix of  buffalo sauce and cheese, you’ll never want to have plain potatoes again!


2 lbs (1kg) red potatoes, quartered
1/4 cup (60mL) melted butter
3/4 cup (180mL) Franks hot sauce
1/4 cup (60g) crumbled bacon
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup (120g) crumbled blue cheese
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
(optional) 1/2 cup (120mL) of ranch dressing, to serve
(optional) 1/2 cup (120g) chopped scallion, to serve
1. Grease the bottom of your slow cooker with cooking spray and place the potatoes and the crumbled bacon into the bottom. In a medium-sized bowl, mix the hot sauce with the melted butter and the spices until well-blended.
